1- Free of Charge: For each booking start at 15 rooms, at least 01 room FOC will be offered. We have many other promotions at the time of booking.

2- Children policy:

Free of charge for children less than 6 year-old (sharing bed with their parents).
The children from 6 - 12 years old will be charge 25 % room rate (sharing bed with parents).
Children from 12 years old upward will be charged as 50% room rate (sharing bed with parents) or 100% room rate (compulsory private room)

3- Surcharge/Reduction based on supply/demand is applied with agreement of the both parties upon booking confirmation. Extra bed is charged 10 $/ bed (including buffet breakfast). Surcharge on the 24th and 31st December 2012 is 15% per room per night.

4- All the bookings/ Confirmations/Cancellations/Amendments must be in writing or facsimile or by e-mail sent directly to the Hotel’s reservation office.

5- A completed Rooming list should be advised at 7 days before guest check-in during May to September; 14 days before guest check-in in high season from October to next April. This is a NOT compulsory policy but you can help us make checking-in procedures faster. Click HERE for more details.

6- Cancellation and No Show:

• No-Show fee equal to 100% payment of the total room charge of the whole period reserved.
• Cancellation  within 10 days before arrival  date to be charged 50 % of the whole booking or number of all rooms reduced 
• Cancellation within 5 days before arrival  date to be charged 100 % of the whole booking or number of all rooms reduced
                      
7- Payment & Deposit:

- Deposit based on supply/demand is applied with agreement of the both parties upon booking confirmation. In some cases, guests are not requested for paying deposits, especially for 1-2 night booking. For long-term staying, deposits are compulsory for the Hotel to reserve the room for the Buyers.
- Full payment should be received by Hotel before guests check-out.
- All payments are exclusive of all banking charges, remittance fees, taxes, deduction or with holding whatsoever, which shall be payable by the Buyer/guests.

The most convenient way to transfer the deposit is via Western Union (http://www.westernunion.com). Note that room charges are NOT inclusive of bank transfer fee and please ask your banks carefully about that before transferring money.

The credit card payment from overseas is NOT recommended because the cash withdrawal procedures in Viet Nam are very complicated.

However, you can easily pay the rest of payment/ total payment at the hotel Front Desk by 3 most popular cards (Visa, Master, JCB) and all domestic credit cards.

Of course, cash is always accepted by Hanoi Eternity hotel.
